The NuWave Oven is a very versatile kitchen appliance that can bake, roast, broil and even make boiled eggs. The NuWave Oven uses three different cooking methods to prepare your eggs: convection, conduction and infrared cooking. When making boiled eggs in the NuWave, you will not need water. You can adjust the level of doneness of your eggs depending on the amount of time the eggs cook in the NuWave.
Step 1.
Place the 1-inch cooking rack inside the base of your NuWave Oven.
Step 2.
Place your eggs directly on the cooking rack. You can cook a single egg, or several, just be sure to leave ¼ inch between them so they’re not touching.
Step 3.
Place the dome on top of the base securely and adjust the power head by twisting it clockwise to the locking position if this hasn’t already been done.
Step 4.
Set the timer for 8 to 11 minutes on high. If you like your eggs soft, use 8 or 9 minutes. If you like them harder, set the timer for 10 or 11 minutes.
Step 5.
Allow the eggs to cook for the required time. Once finished, remove the dome from the base and leave the eggs to cool for 20 to 30 minutes. Peel the eggs and add them to your recipes or eat your hard-boiled eggs plain with salt and pepper.
